The FIS Nordic World Ski Championships 2019 have come to an end with the mass start men 50 k. The organizers can look back on a 12-days long peaceful sports festival with more than 200,000 spectators.
The FIS Nordic World Ski Championships Seefeld 2019 will open on 20 February. An exciting mix of tradition and modernity will form the overture to a twelve-day sports festival of superlatives.
On the day of the event, the admission ticket is also valid as a ticket on ÖBB local trains and all VVT connections throughout Tyrol as well as all IVB connections and on the trains of the Werdenfelsbahn in Bavaria.
Wattens, 01.02.2019: The Austrian Ski Association (ÖSV), Swarovski Kristallwelten and Stora Enso yesterday presented the winners’ trophies for the FIS Nordic Ski World Championships, which are held in February in Seefeld: The athletes will have the pleasure to receive a uniquely designed award, which combines the warmth of wood with the sparkle of crystals, thus creating a bridge between traditional form and modern style.
